Getting started

Reading your report

Updated 2026-07-24

The report is built to be read top-to-bottom in under a minute — by you when you're picking an angle, and by the prospect when you send it.

What's on it

  • Score gauge + sub-scores — an overall health score and a breakdown across SEO, Performance, Conversion, and UX. The sub-scores tell you where the problem is.
  • The headline — the traffic and dollars at stake per month, as a range.
  • Peer benchmark — where this site ranks against others we've analyzed in the same industry (e.g. "scores lower than 78% of dental sites we've graded"). It's a real, checkable percentile, not a vibe.
  • Ranked issues — each with the signal we measured, the assumption we made, the dollar/visitor range at stake, and the specific fix. Expand any issue to see the full signal → assumption → math chain.
  • The redesign block — copy rewrites and, on higher tiers, before/after visuals of the fix.

How to read the numbers

Every figure is a range with stated assumptions on purpose. Expand an issue to see exactly how we got there, and sanity-check the inputs. If an assumption is off for your business, the range moves — that transparency is the point.

What "leak" vs "prize" means

If the headline says money you're losing, the site has a working conversion path. If it says what a booking path would be worth, the site currently can't convert and we're pricing the opportunity, not inventing a loss. See leak vs prize framing.
