We estimate a site's monthly traffic ourselves — you never have to hand over analytics or guess.
Why we estimate it
Two reasons. First, when auditing a prospect's site, you don't have their analytics — so a tool that requires them can't help you. Second, asking an owner to guess their own traffic produces bad inputs. Estimating it keeps the audit self-serve and honest.
How
We infer a traffic band from the site's footprint and the detected industry — each niche has a documented baseline range (a single local dentist and a national e-commerce store have very different typical volumes). The estimate is a range, and it's stated in the report's assumptions so you can adjust it.
If you know your real number
If you have your actual monthly visits, the real number is always better than an estimate — the report's math scales linearly with traffic, so plugging in your true figure sharpens every dollar range on the page.
The honest caveat
Traffic estimation is directional, not precise. It's the input we're least certain about, which is exactly why it's shown as a range and called out in the assumptions rather than presented as fact.
