Data & privacy

Updated 2026-07-24

What we store, why, and what stays private.

What an audit stores

  • The URL you audited and the report we generated (so it has a stable, shareable link).
  • The measured signals (speed, on-page SEO, tech stack) and the derived scores.
  • Basic telemetry (that an audit ran, that a report was viewed) to improve the product.

What we don't require

  • No account, no card, and no access to your analytics to run an audit — we estimate traffic ourselves.

Report visibility

Reports are shareable by link but not indexed by search engines (only our public demo/sample reports are indexable). A report you generate for a client's site won't turn up in a Google search.

Prospect data (for agency users)

If you use the agency tools to audit and reach out to prospects, keep it B2B and relevant — audit-of-their-own-site outreach to a business is exactly that. The outreach features include a mandatory one-click unsubscribe and a suppression list so a contact who opts out is never re-contacted.

Deletion

Want a report or your data removed? Contact us and we'll remove it. (A formal, self-serve privacy console arrives with accounts — see the roadmap.)

Related: sharing your report. Full policy: /privacy.

Audit a prospect. See what your email could say.

Drop in any prospect's URL. In about two minutes you'll see the report they'd receive and the angle your email would open with. No card, no signup.
